About Cora Hardscapes

Cora Hardscapes proudly provides a variety of construction services.

Owned and operated by  Engineer Robert with over 10 years of building experience, Cora Hardscapes was born out of Robert's passion for building with style and function.  What began as industrial and home remodeling years ago, has grown into the expanded services we provide today. This family owned and operated business works with purpose and great detail to create your special spaces with individualized style and function.

Our Simple Process

Architectural plans

ESTIMATE

While we can sometimes provide a quick estimate over the phone,  a more accurate quote can be provided after an Onsite Consultation.  During the consultation, we collect information such as elevations, soil conditions, demolition of existing obstacles (if necessary), access to existing utilities,  site accessibility and more..  We discuss your "must haves," your ideas, inspiration and architectural style preference.  We then take measurements and provide a rough sketch and price estimate based upon your vision.   If you find you need additional support with developing a vision for your yard, Cora can provide a 3d design package at an additional cost.

Signing a Contract

PROJECT CONFIRMATION

After you approve your design and finalize material selection, we provide an updated total project fixed cost and schedule.  Access to your contract, schedule and project design drawings can all be accessed in our Customer Portal.

TIME TO BUILD!

We work diligently and communicate with you regarding material delivery dates and scheduling.  Our crew works carefully to finish your special project as safely and as quickly as possible so that you can begin to enjoy your new outdoor oasis.

The Finishing

Touches

Once construction is complete and site cleaned up, we have a final walk through to ensure that everything is built according to plan (adjustments made as needed).
